Obe Symptoms

At the age of 19, I underwent a nearly fatal incident at the age of 16, and ever since, I have been encountering sporadic instances of a ringing sensation in my ears, particularly following a profound ego death resulting from taking shrooms in July 2023.

One evening, as I was on the verge of falling asleep, I perceived a piercing ringing noise and sensed my body vibrating, almost as if it were being pulled from my physical form. This feeling became more frequent during a visit to Mexico later that month, leaving me feeling physically and emotionally exhausted. It persisted intermittently over the subsequent months, and despite somewhat acclimating to it, the ringing now occurs during the daytime, almost as if something is calling to me. Prior to learning about out-of-body experiences (OBEs), I possessed little comprehension and had not connected these occurrences. The encounter I had last night was exceptionally intense, plunging me into a hypnagogic state, with the ringing growing so loud and intense that I had to move my toes to re-enter my body.

After reading the information on this website, I am going to attempt to have a full OBE (I don't presume it will be hard, as it literally calls me).

I'm very curious if anyone has had a similar experience or the same symptoms. It started to get really intense out of the blue, around 3 months after the last shroom trip I had.

I'm used to having ringing in my ears after one of my trips, but this one is like no other, and I can recognize it every time. I am also used to sleep paralysis and am more amused than in fear of it. I also very often have crazy, wild, vivid dreams and have dreams that take place in unknown people's lives.
